At Arrowhead, our legacy is defined by how we invest in our neighbors. From mentoring students to championing non-profits, we believe a brand’s true value is measured by its contribution to the community. These three initiatives represent our commitment to boosting local morale and fostering professional excellence across Spartanburg County.
The Creation & Sale of Burg Apparel
In 2016, we did more than start a clothing line—we monetized a movement. By creating Burg® Apparel, we built a beloved lifestyle brand that gave a community on the rise a visual identity to rally behind. In 2023, we successfully sold the brand and trademark to Art Lounge, and we are proud to see it still thriving as a regional staple today.
The 501 Project
Each year, Arrowhead provided one impactful non-profit with a professional website at no cost, removing the financial barriers that often hinder growth. We are proud to have partnered with Project R.E.S.T., Determined to Soar, Hope Center for Children, Halter SC, New Day Clubhouse, Hub City Animal Project, and Hubitality. By providing these digital tools for free, we helped these local heroes amplify their mission.
Arrowhead’s Internship Program
We believe real-world experience is the most valuable asset a student can have when entering the workforce. Our program has provided a professional “level-up” for students from USC Upstate, Wofford College, Spartanburg Community College, Converse University, and the Chapman Cultural Center. It is a privilege to help shape the future leaders of our industry right here in our backyard.
