Civic Branding and Identity for Spartanburg County Pet Resource Center

Established a trusted civic identity and high-visibility branding system for a major new animal services facility in South Carolina.

The Challenge

As a new addition to the county’s infrastructure, the Pet Resource Center needed a look that was both professional and welcoming. They needed a way to build trust and recognition with residents while the building was still under construction, ensuring the community knew exactly where to go for animal services.

The Solution

We designed a modern logo featuring a shield emblem with cat and dog silhouettes to represent safety and care. We then applied this identity to everything from digital assets to large-scale architectural signage, creating a consistent look that residents will recognize on billboards and at the facility itself.

We are proud to have teamed up with Spartanburg County to create the foundational branding for the new Pet Resource Center. This is a major addition to the Upstate’s civic infrastructure, so the identity had to balance professional authority with a welcoming, compassionate feel. Our goal was to ensure that from the moment residents see a billboard or pull into the parking lot, they recognize a place dedicated to “Keeping People and Pets Together.”
