We offer a hands-on learning experience that combines technical skill-building with real-world application.

Program Details

We offer non-paid internships that can be completed for college credit or as an experience-based learning residency.

  • Departments: Graphic Design and Web Design
  • Location: We offer both virtual and in-person opportunities in Spartanburg, SC to accommodate various student needs.
  • Duration: Typically one month, though we can extend the duration to meet specific university requirements for class credit.

The Experience

This is not a “coffee-run” internship. Our interns are integrated into the Arrowhead workflow.

Mentorship & Challenges

You will be given real-world design challenges and taught the “Arrowhead Way” of strategy and execution.

Educational "Homework"

Students are assigned weekly tasks designed to sharpen their technical proficiency.

Final Presentation

Every internship concludes with a final presentation where the student showcases their growth, projects, and the core concepts they learned during their time with us.

Additional Information

Seasonal Availability

To ensure our interns receive the dedicated mentorship they deserve, we offer placements during our most focused seasons. Please note that we do not offer internships during the Fall (September–December) due to our peak project volume.

Application & Selection Process

Please note that our internship program is a competitive selection process. We receive a high volume of interest and select candidates based on their potential, portfolio, and drive.

    • College Students: Primarily designed for students currently enrolled in a design-related degree program.
    • High School Students: We generally do not recommend high school students apply unless they have firmly decided on their career path and have a foundational portfolio to share. This is an intensive professional environment, not a general job-shadowing experience.
