Jack Properties is a multi-generational, family-owned real estate and property management firm based in Woodruff, South Carolina. Built on a family-first foundation, with “JACK” representing the primary family initials, the firm handles residential sales, commercial listings, and property management across the Upstate. To prepare the business for its next phase of growth, Jack Properties needed an updated visual identity that respected its local heritage while establishing a clean visual standard.
The main focal point of the redesign was modernizing their core asset: the “Red House” emblem. We re-engineered the house mark into a bold, thick-lined icon designed specifically for high-contrast, drive-by recognition. The new mark seamlessly bridges a stylized house silhouette with a bold “J,” creating a distinctive identity that reflects both the brand’s real estate roots and family identity. We also updated the brand name hierarchy by removing “LLC” from the primary mark, keeping the presentation direct, professional, and accessible.
To ensure consistent application across all channels, we produced a versatile suite of logo assets. This included vertical formats for team apparel, horizontal layouts for website headers and email signatures, and compact badge icons for social media and favicons. Each layout includes a variation featuring “Est. 1999” to reinforce their established presence in the region. Paired with a bold color palette and clear typography guidelines, the resulting identity gives Jack Properties a complete, professional toolkit built to last.
