Podcast Production and Brand Identity for “She Could Be”

Launched a high-production advocacy podcast to humanize complex social issues through storytelling and strategic branding.

The Challenge

Discussing domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA) is difficult; creating a podcast that people want to listen to is even harder. The Forrester Center and Project R.E.S.T. needed a way to move these conversations out of the shadows and into a space that felt educational and empowering rather than strictly clinical. The challenge was to produce a professional-grade audio series that balanced heavy subject matter with an approachable, “upbeat” tone that could reach a mainstream audience.

The Solution

We moved beyond simple audio recording to act as a full-service production house. We collaborated with CEO Krystal Watson to develop the “She Could Be…” concept—a hook designed to remind listeners that survivors are our neighbors, doctors, and sisters. We paired this with a dedicated visual identity featuring a heart-centric logo to tie back to the Project R.E.S.T. mission. Our team managed everything from the technical audio engineering and Spotify distribution to the strategic branding, ensuring a polished final product that sounds as professional as it looks.

Humanizing the Statistics Through Audio

For our inaugural podcast production, we partnered with Project R.E.S.T. to launch “She Could Be.” In the advocacy space, a podcast is a powerful tool for breaking down barriers and building community trust. Our goal was to provide the technical and creative engine to make these vital conversations accessible to everyone.

  • Strategic Concept Development: We worked with the Project R.E.S.T. team to move from a general idea to a focused narrative. The “She Could Be…” tagline was designed to humanize the data, emphasizing that these issues affect every corner of our community.
  • Identity That Resonates: We designed the podcast’s visual identity to feel separate but connected to the parent brand. The heart-shaped logo serves as a recognizable mark for listeners across Spotify and other streaming platforms.
  • Full-Stack Audio Engineering: We handled the technical side of the booth—ensuring high-quality sound, seamless editing, and a professional delivery that allows the content to shine without technical distractions.

The “She Could Be” podcast serves as a roadmap for how nonprofits can use modern media to drive their mission forward. By combining high-end production with a thoughtful, empathetic strategy, we’ve helped Project R.E.S.T. create an evergreen resource that educates the public and uplifts survivor voices. It’s more than just audio; it’s a platform for real change.
