Congratulations to our Lead Graphic Designer, Will Mathis!
On Saturday, October 3, 2026, Will was honored by USC Upstate with a Young Alumni Award for his outstanding work in the graphic design field.
The Young Alumni Award recognizes USC Upstate graduates age 40 and younger who represent the future leaders of tomorrow through demonstrated leadership, service to others, and a meaningful commitment to USC Upstate and its mission.
Born and raised in Spartanburg, Will has always had a passion for creativity, design, and storytelling. After graduating from USC Upstate, he joined Arrowhead Design Group in 2023, bringing his talent for logo design, illustration, social media, and visual communication to our team.
Today, Will works remotely from Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and draws inspiration from the city’s creative energy, coffee shops, movies, and concerts. His passion for design continues to make an impact not only through his work at Arrowhead, but across the creative community.
We couldn’t be more proud to see Will recognized for his creativity, dedication, and the impact he continues to make. Congratulations, Will! We’re lucky to have you on the Arrowhead team.
